What if I can’t complete a badge requirement exactly as it’s laid out because of “x” reason?

Completion of badge requirements is completely based on the honor system. If you can’t complete a badge requirements exactly how it’s laid out, it’s entirely up to your conscience as to whether a modified or alternative substitute should still be counted. Do your best to fulfill the requirement both by the letter and by the spirit, and make exceptions only when absolutely, positively, objectively necessary. If you’re not sure, ask your classmates what they think. We trust that you’ll let your sense of honor guide you on whether you’ve completed a requirement or not.
